Three stages, from an honest first look to a clear plan.
Most leaders who come to me have plenty of energy and experience. What they want is clarity about where to put it. Before you spend on the familiar fixes, it is worth finding out what is really holding growth back. You can stop at any stage.

The Growth Assessment
A quick, honest check on where your business stands. You answer nine statements, each on a scale from strongly disagree to strongly agree, and one short reflection. The statements cover the conditions that most often decide whether growth efforts stick: leadership alignment, accountability, ownership, readiness for change and clarity about what success looks like.
If you run the business, you answer about your own organisation. If you are an accountant or an investor, you answer about the business you advise.
- Your score and the areas worth looking at first, straight away
- The option to book a short conversation with me, without obligation
- I read your answers before we speak, so we can go straight to what matters
Growth Insight

For eighteen years, when a company called asking for the price of a sales programme, we never simply quoted. We asked why they were calling. A business that says it needs sales training may have lost major accounts because of a product problem, or a leadership team that is not pulling in the same direction.
Growth Insight is built on the same principle: understand the problem properly before prescribing anything.
How it works
- 01
Your leadership team
I work with the people who will own the outcome. Four to six people usually works best.
- 02
Your data and your people’s words
A structured scorecard for each leader, then one-to-one conversations. Everything comes from your business, which is why teams act on what it finds.
- 03
The whole business
Growth depends on operations, product, marketing and leadership as much as on the sales team. The real barrier often sits somewhere nobody has been looking.
- 04
An independent view
As an outsider, I can hear things that are hard to say inside the business.
- The insights: what is really helping and holding back growth, in your team’s words
- Your value levers: where the greatest opportunities sit, and which will make the biggest difference
- Your Growth Pathway: the plan that brings it all together
The Growth Pathway
A forward-looking plan built on everything Growth Insight uncovered. I present it to your leadership team in a working session, so we can talk it through together.
- 01
Where you stand
The key insights from your team and your data, clearly and fairly put.
- 02
Your value levers
The few things that will move growth most, in order of priority.
- 03
The action plan
What needs to happen, and who needs to own it.
- 04
The roadmap
In what order: what comes first, what follows, and how you will know it is working.
- 05
Where I can help
If you would like support, and in what form.
I am not an employee and I am not with you every hour of the day. The Pathway is built on your data and your people’s thinking, and its purpose is to give you a clear route and some fresh ideas. You own the way forward, and when it succeeds, the credit is yours.
Run with it yourselves, or draw on the levers I bring.
Many teams take the Growth Pathway and deliver it themselves. Where it helps, these are the levers I can pull on, chosen from what your own data says you need.
